AWOL Vision Aetherion Max 4K RGB Laser Projector + 130-Inch Daylight ALR Screen

AWOL Vision Aetherion Max pairs a 4K RGB laser ultra-short-throw projector with the 130-inch Daylight ALR screen specified in this bundle. The 0.2:1 throw ratio is designed for large-screen viewing from close to the wall, while the Fresnel-style ambient-light-rejecting screen is intended to improve perceived picture clarity in brighter rooms.

PROJECTOR PICTURE

The Aetherion Max is rated at 3,300 ISO lumens, with 6,000:1 native contrast and up to 60,000:1 viewing contrast when EBL processing is enabled. PixelLock is designed to maintain image alignment at large sizes, and AWOL lists 110% Rec.2020 color coverage. HDR formats include Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG.

DAYLIGHT SCREEN BUNDLE

The included 130-inch Daylight ALR screen is listed with 1.5 peak gain and a 90-degree viewing angle. AWOL describes its screen technology as rejecting up to 90% of overhead and side ambient light. This can help in a living room with controlled light; it does not make projection immune to direct sunlight or every room-lighting condition.

GAMING AND ENTERTAINMENT

VRR, ALLM and a rated 1ms input-lag mode support responsive gaming. Anti-RBE is designed to reduce rainbow-effect distractions in both 2D and 3D viewing. Aetherion Max also supports Dolby Vision Gaming and large-format home cinema use.

WHO IT SUITS

This bundle suits home theater enthusiasts who want a very large 130-inch image, a short-throw installation and a screen designed for ambient-light control. Its 3,300 ISO lumens also make the Max the brighter option in AWOL’s Aetherion range.

POINTS TO CONSIDER

Measure the wall, screen position and viewing area before ordering. The fixed 0.2:1 throw ratio affects placement, and the screen’s 130-inch format needs substantial wall space. Ambient-light rejection improves viewing conditions but cannot replace careful room setup. Confirm the exact bundle contents and included accessories on the purchase listing.

HOW IT COMPARES

Within AWOL’s Aetherion lineup, the Max is rated at 3,300 ISO lumens versus 2,600 ISO lumens for the Pro. That added brightness is useful for larger or brighter-room setups; the Pro is positioned for more light-controlled movie and gaming rooms.

BUYING VERDICT

The AWOL Vision Aetherion Max 4K projector and 130-inch Daylight ALR screen form a compelling large-screen home theater package for buyers who have the space and want a short-throw installation with a brighter image. Its value depends on using the included screen and planning the room around the fixed projection geometry.
